How do I get my FedEx tracking number?

The tracking numbers for each day's shipped orders are automatically emailed once the order is ready for shipment. Alternatively, you can check your order status online to find out your tracking number.

Does ZAsale.com pay the return shipping cost for defective merchandise?

No, ZAsale.com does not pay the return shipping cost for defective merchandise. We are not responsible for product defects, because we do not manufacture the products we carry. However, if you pay to send the item back to ZAsale.com, we will replace the item and ship the replacement to you at no charge. ZAsale.com will employ every resource it has to ensure that your item is replaced promptly, without hassle.

My FedEx tracking number is not working. What should I do?

FedEx numbers may go unused if we discover that several items can be packaged together safely. Also, packages are sometimes separated from the rest of their orders and are not scanned by FedEx right away. In either case, please wait a day or two for all items in your order arrive. If they don't arrive, email us and we'll be happy to help you initiate the lost package process with FedEx.

    Does ZAsale.com ship internationally?

Yes, ZAsale.com does ship internationally; however, we may only deliver to certain regions based upon our discretion. All orders are strictly subject to review and may be cancelled without delay or notice in the event we are suspicious of the location. Additional information may be required of the buyer in the event billing information is not available. All verifiable addresses both billing and shipping are strictly enforced. FREE Shipping offers are not available at this time for International orders. If you are interested in placing an order and need a quote for shipping, please contact us.

    How do I contact FedEx?

    Phone: 1-800-GO-FEDEX (1-800-463-3339)
    Website: www.fedex.com

FedEx has my package but they have not delivered it yet. Why?

Please contact FedEx at 1-800-GO-FEDEX to obtain further status on your package(s). The priority of delivery within the method of shipment chosen is determined by your local FedEx hub.

ZAsale.com would always like for your packages to be delivered ASAP. If FedEx is holding them, please contact FedEx.

I was not home when a delivery was attempted, and a USPS Notice was left. Will USPS make another attempt?

Yes. USPS makes up to three delivery attempts, excluding Sundays, and holidays.

What time will USPS make its next delivery attempt?

If this was a first or second attempt, the next delivery attempt will be made on the next business day. Your USPS driver has indicated on the USPS Notice the approximate time range within which the next attempt will be made.

I will not be available to receive my package(s) when USPS returns. What are my options?

There are several delivery options available. You may pick up the item at the Post Office indicated on the notice, go to www.usps.com/redelivery, or call 800-ASK-USPS to arrange for redelivery. If this item is unclaimed after 15 days then it will be returned to the sender.

How can I obtain additional support for my USPS delivery?

For additional information, please call the customer service telephone number listed on your USPS Notice.

What should I do if an item is missing from my order?

First, verify that you've received a box for each tracking number associated with your order. If all boxes have been delivered but you're still missing an item, check the packing material for small items. Please email ZAsale.com Customer Support at support@ZAsale.com if you're unable to locate an item.

Does ZAsale.com deliver to APO or FPO addresses?

No, we do not deliver to APO/FPO addresses. Signature upon delivery is required; unfortunately, USPS does not permit signature confirmation for military addresses.

Does ZAsale.com deliver to P.O. Boxes?

Yes, ZAsale.com ships to USPS P.O. Boxes. ZAsale.com can ship to residential P.O. Boxes in rural areas.

Why was my order sent in multiple packages when it all could have fit in one box?

ZAsale.com may decide to package your items separately due to weight or size concerns. The most common reason why multiple boxes are used is for a single order is that ZAsale.com uses multiple warehouse locations. If items are stocked in different warehouses, they cannot be boxed together.

Why did FedEx separate my packages?

Please contact FedEx at 1-800-GO-FEDEX to obtain further status on your packages.

FedEx has returned my order/package to ZAsale.com. What happens now?

Once we receive the package, we'll credit your credit card back in full, including any shipping costs you may have paid. A Return Merchandise Authorization number will then be automatically generated by our system, and an email notification will be sent to notify you of the returned merchandise.

Is it possible to request that FedEx hold my package(s)? Can I have a package re-routed to a different address?

Due to fraud concerns, ZAsale.com does not give FedEx consent to hold packages for customers to pick up at their local FedEx facilities. We humbly apologize for any inconvenience, but we feel that this precautionary measure is necessary to safeguard your purchased items. Similarly, ZAsale.com will not request that a package be re-routed to an alternative location once it is in transit to the shipping address specified on the original order.

Do shipping costs decrease when there are multiple items in an order?

When you order multiple items together, your shipping cost is usually reduced, according to weight and size, safety and insurance required. Simply place all items you wish to purchase in the shopping cart, pick your state and method of shipping and apply the shipping calculator.

You will be shown a total shipping cost that includes any applicable reductions. For certain items, due to significant shipping discounts already offered by ZAsale.com, the shipping will be added cumulatively, unless multiple items are purchased. Your shipping charge is always as per the website.

How long is the waiting period before I am able to file a claim for a lost, damaged, misdelivered or tampered package?

If your order was damaged, misdelivered or tampered with while in transit, please contact Customer Service within 2 business days of delivery. If your order was lost while in transit, please contact Customer Service within 7 business days of not receiving your order.

Can ZAsale.com use registered mail for my APO/FPO order?

Presently we do not offer a registered mail option for APO/FPO orders. We currently utilize only the standard service offered by the United States Postal Service to keep rates as low as possible.

Does my expedited shipping option (Standard Overnight, 2Day , etc.) ensure my order will be shipped out the same day it is placed?

Unfortunately it does not. All orders are processed and shipped within our 1-2 business day processing timeframe, regardless of the shipping option selected. Although we do our best to ship out all orders the same day they are placed, and we manage it over 99% of the time, we can never guarantee same day shipping on any order. Processing time is not included in your shipping option, so an order shipped using overnight service will arrive in one business day from the day it is shipped.

To help ensure an urgent order is delivered to you as quickly as possible, ZAsale.com offers a Rush Processing option for orders placed before 12PM MST. This option costs a small additional fee, and ZAsale.com will put forth its best efforts to ensure your package leaves our warehouse that day. However we can never guarantee same day shipping on any order. If we fail to ship your order on the same day it was placed, the rush processing fee will be refunded.

Why do international recipients pay fees, can a sender prepay fees?

Customs, duties and other fees assessed by the destination country for an item can NOT be paid to ZAsale.com nor the United States Postal Service when the item is mailed. The recipient of the package is the only one who can pay the customs fees.

All items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and assessment of duties, taxes, and fees in accordance with that country's national laws. This is not new. Customs duties and taxes are assessed, generally, if the item sent is dutiable and if the value of the item is above the threshold set by the country's laws. Each country assesses customs, duties, and taxes. Check the Worlds Customs Organization website for general information, or visit the website of that country's customs service.

It is important to understand that, if duties and taxes are assessed on an item mailed via the United States Postal Service, they are collected from the recipient. Postage is charged to cover the expense of delivery only. Postage does not cover charges assessed by customs in the destination country.

What can you tell me about the standard customs, duties, and taxes?

Each destination country charges customs and administrative fees on shipments containing dutiable items. For information about specific destination countries, go to World Customs Organization, or go to the destination country website. Customs issues and regulations are outside the control of ZA International and the United States Postal Service. We recommend that either you or the addressee contact the local customs office for specifics. This number can be found in your local phone book.

What information can I obtain on an item held in Customs?

If your package is being held in Customs, they will send you a detention notice within 30-45 days of its arrival in a Customs mail branch. The most common items that are subject to detention are pharmaceuticals; prohibited or controlled items such as alcohol, spring blade knives, and narcotics; and items subject to quota such as textiles being imported for commercial purposes, and not for personal use.

Customs does not track individual packages through their facilities, so unless you have a detention notice with a number, Customs will not be able to give you any information about where your package may be located.
